Election Day is less than three weeks away, and Democrat Steve Bellone is engaged in a close race for Suffolk County Executive. After endorsing Bellone last month, Governor Cuomo described the race as a test for Democrats across the state, saying, “The other side wants to argue we can’t do it. Our argument is we believe we can.”
